As mentioned earlier, there were several damages caused by the weapons policy. The main purpose for which students attend colleges is to get knowledge. Campuses are no doubt, a risky environment for guns in all ways. We don’t have any need to put firearms in the hand of students at the age in which students has to focus on their studies to make their future better. Have we ever thought if an emotionally broken or a short tempered students have a gun, how many accidental shootings can happen under this condition? Or if a person is unconscious due to drugs or alcohol, how many fights can end up deadly? …show more content…
As we all know the security of our campus is not good enough and that is why all the faculty members and the students supports the policy of weapons. But making a policy like this can’t resolve this issue. If the management is really thinking about the security of the students, they have to strengthen the security of campus but not to allow students to carry firearms to campus. Many people starts with a good intention of buying gun for the protection of oneself and their loved ones. But along with good uses, the same thing can also be used for negative purposes.

The strategy of permitting the utilization and ownership of weapons inside the campus are exceptionally unsafe to the college students. It prompts wastage of assets and harm to different offices. To accomplish the best of everything in this campus, weapons must not be a part of the campus policies for any reason. I am calling upon the management to improve the security issues and to resolve the weapons policy for making a better campus environment. Looking forward for a positive response from management and the students.
