The Ontological Argument raised by St. Anselm in Proslogion was used to prove the existence of God. There are other forms of ontological argument, for instance, Descartes’s, but this paper is going to focus on the one raised by St. Anselm. …show more content…
(P2): We can conceive God, which means God exists in our understanding.
(P3): Exist in both understanding and reality is greater than only exist in understanding.
(P4): God cannot only exist in understanding if God is nothing greater can be conceived.
