Task 1: In this section of the guide we will be looking at why are required to use the necessary safe handling tools and a variety of machines that these tools would be used in.
Tools: There are a variety of tools that would be used in key situation when attempting to fix a computer as you will see below:

So as you can see for a customer, business and a member of staff it is important to fill in these reports thoroughly and ensure that you have handed in otherwise other members of staff may have trouble with fixing a problem you may have already fixed. Task 3: What is outsourcing?
Outsourcing is when a company pays another to help or simply do work for them. In many cases, the outsourced work could be done by the company itself, but there are often financial benefits in outsourcing the work. Conclusion:
With my conclusion I weighed up the pros and cons in the terms for a company. There are many positives for a company and a few negatives so overall plain and simple it is a great thing for a company to do especially if the company they have outsourced to knows what they are doing, if they do not then it may be a major issue also if the company does not have people working there that speaks English at all or very little it may put the company in a bad light in terms of customer support. However still overall I say it is a good thing for a company to do.

Task 4: In this section we will be looking at the recent advance in support systems
