Adrenaline
Adrenaline is a heart pumping and exhilarating thing that allows your body to do things that it would normally not be able to do. But not only does adrenaline give you a rush of energy and get your blood flowing but it can also be good for your health. Most of the ways you get adrenaline are from extreme sports and other intense activities.
When it comes to being an adrenaline junky i know a few things and have had some extreme experiences. Doing things such as parasailing, being in a fire, and numerous other heart pumping activities, adrenaline is a one of a kind feeling you get in intense situations. In “Adrenaline Workout” Gunnar Peterson says that of of the best fitness supplements you can take is to get more adrenaline into your workout. Some vitamin A for adrenaline when you exercise will make you stronger, more agile, and better prepared for any challenge. Adrenaline helps so much in the gym because it increases blood flow and muscular capabilities. Adrenaline is like a drug, it allows your mind to focus and operate in stressful situations doing a lot of critical thinking doing things your body normally wouldnt.
Through the mind of an adrenaline junkie you should seize every day as if it were your last. This lifestyle tends to follow the spur of the moment and the here and now mentality.
