Recently, I have been absolutely obsessed with avocados. These fruits are not only delicious, but also they are packed with nutrients and low sugar. Avocados contain so many health benefits. Since, avocados are in season, you can get them for around 98 cents a piece right now. This is a cheap way to add some flavor to any meal. I have been eating avocado with one or two meals a day, sometimes as an addition to the meal, or on its own as a side. Here are some different ways that you can incorporate avocados into your meals.
1. Avocado Toast
With this meal, you simply make an avocado spread by mashing up your avocado in a bowl, adding some seasoning if you wish (garlic salt works great!), and then spreading on top of toast made from any kind of bread. There are two different ways that I like to incorporate avocado into my salads. First is to make a homemade cobb salad.
