Just because the child is 15-16 years old doesn’t mean that they are unnecessary ready to babysit. When dealing with early vs late mature adolescent you have to consider that they might not be ready to take on that responsibility of caring for another person ;although they are 15-16 years old , they may be a late mature, which pushing them back even further in growth. When these teens are babysitting I don’t believe that they should babysit anyone younger 6 and should be no more than 2 children that are being babysat at once.
