Becoming culturally competent is one in which we come to see own cultural and explore ways in which we come to see own cultural and explore ways in which may be from other people views are different. We stereotype less, become more culturally sensitive and provide more effective treatment to the families we serve. People with different languages, cultures, religions, genders, ethnic’s, disabilities, age and sex if a person is culturally competent can communicate sensitively and effectively. Community care practitioners need to develop a broad reparative of skills, knowledge, attitudes, perspectives and practices which they used to enhances their cultural competence in child welfare; what is it? How do we achieve it? What happens without it?
