An example of this was during Monday’s observation. When she was playing with someone’s pencil box, Taylor was looking around to see if anyone was watching her. She also likes to show her classmates when she does something that she is not supposed to do. This is apparent when she was playing with the restroom door telling her classmates to watch what she was doing. Not only do I feel that she is trying to seek attention from classmates, but from myself as well. During dismissal on Thursday, Taylor came up to tell me that she cleaned up trashed. Before I had time to tell her good job, she said that I was welcome. Another example of this is the fact that Taylor is constantly telling on other students even if they are not doing something wrong. Some classmates do react to Taylor’s behavior by talking with her and laughing at some of the things that she does. These three areas will be evaluated during morning work, whole group language arts, during iPads and computer lab, daily 5, reading groups, calendar, math, science/social studies, daily read alouds, and packing up/snack time. My behavior management plan will be a day-to-day behavior chart in all given areas during the day. I feel that if I did this plan week-to-week, I would be setting Taylor up for failure and cause her frustration because the goals would not be attainable. I also feel that if I did a day-to-day chart, Taylor will be more motivated to do good because at the end of each day that she has meets her goal, she will be able to get her “reward” for her good behavior that
