First book banning is wrong and unconstitutional trying to erase entire societies but people believe that book banning helps protect children from “obscene” materials and ideals different from their own. Book Banning Needs to be eradicated for many reasons, To start with book banning is unconstitutional and goes against the First Amendment. Secondly, the books banned are often under the pretense of homosexual acts seen as “explicit material”. Lastly, people believe that book banning protects the innocence of kids by shielding them from the education they deserve because of their parents' beliefs.
