Our company must run smoothly and for that to happen. We need each employee/shareholder to fulfill their role in the company adequately and up to a standard stated by the company president, Tasha Wheatley. Unless standards are raised with an 80% vote by the council.
We will need our employees/shareholders to be able to train on their job position within the first two weeks of learning them. With this rule, we only use a small penalty like suspension from the job position until you can fulfill the position again. If the position cannot be filled within another week justify and the council will be forced remove the accused persons.
As work is presented to the employees/shareholders it will have to be completed by the time allotted by the council. If failure to do so without further notice the council will give a three-day wait period to finish the work. It has designed a rulemaking you log your time spent working for the company within business hours and outside of business hours with evidence. This rule allows the council to make sure that the persons as individuals have worked their fair share of the company and also allowing the shareholders to maintain a balance between workloads. If someone has copied evidence there will be a decision made by the council including the accused to determine if the copied evidence was supposed to be or a form of cheating. With forms of cheating the members involved that have been convicted will be suspended the time and lose credibility in the next council meeting giving the president 5 percent of their council
