America. Big truck. Big food. Big people. Americans are absolutely obsessed with great health and a really tone body. Unfortunately, we fall short on this idea. I know some have concerns such as money. Well as college students you’re already paying for our gym in your tuition. And I know women have this absolutely ridiculous fear of becoming really bulky. Well fortunately or unfortunately (however you choose to look at it) women’s naturally high levels of estrogen will make it physically impossible to have a bodybuilders body. (unless you start to take really high testosterone supplements) Moving on, Today I’ll be talking about strength training and why we should take at least 30 minutes a day to go to the gym and work out. After doing and extensive research and personally going to the gym 6 times out of the week, I fell highly qualified to talked about this particular subject. My three points will be what the cons of not working out, the pros of working out and also to tell results of strength training.
