Career Intervention Program Design At age three my brother observed an airplane flying in the sky he pointed to it and said, “When I grow up I’m going to fly one of them.” Needless to say he is a pilot. After completing five years at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and two years working as an electrical engineer my niece decided she did not like her chosen field of work. She is now working at Starbucks making Espressos and on the weekend Bath and Body Works. Before going to college, graduate, only to work a low quality job and add to the trillion dollar student loan debts; the career and skills assessment guidance can help to offer choosing a satisfying job.
