American Eagle Outfitters works hard to resolve any concerns about violations of this Policy or other issues you may have about your job. So if anyone believes that someone or they have been subjected to any disorderly conduct of the type prohibited by the AEO Policy, you are encouraged to direct the situation to their manager or, alternatively, associates may direct reports to Human Resources. American Eagle Outfitters also has the option if the employee wishes to speak to another person, other than your immediate manager or if the employee feels as if though the immediate manager has not addressed their concern, the employee has the right to speak to another member of the company for example, alternate management, Human Resources Representative, or the employee can contact the AE Hotline, 1‐888‐587.3582 or …show more content…
American Eagle Outfitters also states that in the event that an employee believes that they have been retaliated against for reporting harassment, they should use the trained procedures to report the relevant facts promptly. American Eagle Outfitters also states in the policy that they will investigate and take appropriate action in the manner described in the harassment policy.
Disciplinary action
Individuals who violate this Policy will be subject to discipline up to and including termination. Appropriate disciplinary action will also be taken against any associate who knowingly and willfully makes a false allegation concerning an alleged violation of this Policy.
