The RP stated a child in care Joseph Davis DOB: 8/21/07 disclosed that the licensee's 13 year old son (name not provided) touched him inappropriately. The RP stated Joseph would not reveal any details regarding the touching. The RP stated Joseph's parents are Carolyn Davis and Robert Holmes (510) 688-3384.
