Crystal Run Health has three distinct companies under the same umbrella. A medical practice, medical services organization, and a health insurance company. Crystal Run is a fully integrated medical practice. The Board for all three of these companies consists of the same individuals. This creates a potential conflict of interest in the Board when making decisions for the organization. If, one company were to flounder the Board could shift resources and assets from another company to facilitate stability.
