On Friday 04/27/18 at 1709 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic that occurred at about 1616 hours at the Muckleshoot Casino located at 2402 Auburn
Way S in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised Christina Leclair, a
Muckleshoot Casino surveillance employee, stated a male pushed a female into a wall and punched her. Dispatch advised the male had left to Greentree Condos, which is just north of the Casino, and the female was still at the Casino.

I met Muckleshoot security at the Casino. They told me surveillance had on viewed the assault via video on the north side of the Casino at door #6. Security told me surveillance stated after the female was assaulted, she left toward the Green

Security said they asked Rachel who the male was, and she told them it was her boyfriend, Alex Short.

Security said they identified Alex as Alex E Short DOB 05/18/90, because on a prior date they issued him a 30 day suspension for possibly selling narcotics at the Casino.

Security walked me to slot machines where Rachel was seated. I did not observed any injuries to Rachel. I introduced myself to her, and she immediately became angry, and said she did not want to talk to me. I told Rachel I wanted to make sure she was okay, she began crying, but said she was fine and did not want to talk me. Rachel got up, and walked away.

I went to the surveillance office and contacted Christina, who showed me the video. I observed Alex and Rachel walk out of door #6, and once outside, Alex shoved Rachel using both hands to her chest or shoulder area, then the two of them walked off camera.

Christina switched to a different camera, which showed the north side of the building outside of door #6. I observed Alex walk up to Rachel, and shove her multiple times with two hand to her chest and abdomen area. Alex pushed
