Throughout the history of America, the popular subject of Immigration has ceased to die down. The word "Immigrant" sparks many debates, in which everyone believes their stance is correct. Each decade, there is always another "threat" to our nation from various countries. We have settled these issues by passing laws or terms, that are different but also extremely comparable.
The Chinese Exclusion Act is one of the many immigration laws passed, Pre 1900's. The cause of its making started in 1848, the beginning of the California Gold Rush.
