Christopher columbus was born in 1436 at genoa,Italy his mom was Susanna Fontanarossa his father is Domenica Colomba, he has 3 brothers. He thought that he can discover a new route towards india, instead of going around africa he went west of spain. At 1942 he sailed the ocean blue with 3 ships, the santa maria,la nina and the pinta. He captained the ship santa maria with at least 90 people on each ships. On the second monday of october of each year, millions of american celebrate columbus day. The big question that's been going on around the world is, is columbus really a good guy .What i think about columbus is, he's a bad guy for what he did.
He may never have reached Asia as planned, but one cannot discount the sheer will required to make his journey.
