Peaceful resistance to laws can have many positive effects on our country. Various people throughout history have taken part in civil disobedience and succeeded in making our country a better place. The thing about civil disobedience that people sometimes forget to consider is the civil part. This civil in civil disobedience is what makes it so effective. Personally, I am a strong supporter of taking part in civil disobedience as long as the principles are followed.
