I've already begun compiling a list of contacts that includes: Mental Health Hub: A mental health resource website maintained by Claremore Public Schools. It features definitions and inspirational sayings related to mental, physical, and social health along with links to other useful resources. Suicide Prevention Lifeline, which offers 24/7, free, and private support to those in need, is one of the resources offered. Another is First Link, a free, private service that anyone can use for crisis intervention, listening, and support around the clock, year-round. Another option is the CRISIS TEXT LINE, where you can text HOME to 741741 and a live, qualified crisis counselor will answer from a safe online platform if you need to talk to someone right away. Additionally, a large number of social workers and counselors are employed by Claremore Public Schools to assist in supporting students who may have experienced trauma.
