The Clinical Care Classifications (CCC) System is a unique coding system for accessing, documenting, and classifying home health and ambulatory care. It was once called the Home Health Care Classification System has two corresponding categories, the Clinical Care Classification of Nursing Diagnoses and Clinical Care Classification of Nursing Interventions. There are 21 care components that map the framework and link the two corresponding nomenclatures.
