1. Extensive relevant post registration nursing experience and relevant post graduate qualifications in management (or willingness to commence within 12 months of appointment)
I am currently undertaking courses in Leadership and Management in Practice as a component of a Masters of Mental Health. In the past I have also completed study in Managing Health Services within my Bachelor of Clinical Practice with a focus on clinical governance and service structure.
