Communication Law and Policy project_______ conditions presented by the new media and information technologies. The projects focus is the ways in which the nature of the law itself is changing because of the use of new information technologies, and the philosophy of law. Communications law encompasses the laws and regulations concerning public communication, including the internet, and cable. As well as the mechanisms by which people communicate privately, through emails, and texts. As communications technology evolves and proliferates at an unbelievable pace, becoming ever more omnipresent and critical for personal and professional needs.
