Good Afternoon, welcome to our meeting. It is a pleasure to be here once more and provide you with the final details for the spectrum-style concert, that thanks to you, will benefit Vidas De Esperanza. I want to thank the board of trustees for approving Witney Carson, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Jennifer Lopez to perform in the spectrum-style concert. I want to brief the board of trustees on the final preparations that have been made to accommodate the performers and the audience.
Vidas De Esperanza, in English is translated to Lives for Hope. As you already know, Vidas De Esperanza is a non-profit organization that provides general check-ups to low-income families. Now, there is need to get more supplies for …show more content…
This dance will require sky blue curtain in the background, the curtains will be stapled to the screen doors, (Mongo, Davy, Jenyy, Gabi, Suemcqueen52, Alex, Parttimer, and Happy). Lin-Manuel Miranda’s performance will be In the Heights, a life changer in my opinion. The main theme of this theatrical performance is his character exploring the diverse and cultural city of New York, (Gardner, Lyn). His performance will require the blue curtain to be un-stapled off. The screen doors must be painted black, ("Satin Black Satin Latex Enamel Interior/Exterior Paint (Actual Net Contents: 32-fl Oz)"), and yellow, with a hint of gray to represent New York city buildings. Jennifer Lopez has a long list of songs that she is going to perform at the end of the night. To make her performance magical she will only require small lights, (Texas, Randy, Sherry, Techmsgt, and LumbertonTX), that will be hanging from the screen doors. At the end of the spectrum-style concert Jennifer Lopez is going to blow the crowd away through the list of signature and emotional songs that she has performed in the past. For example, she is going to preform, Waiting for the Night.
Tickets are going to sell for $10.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. I am confident of the turn out that the performers will draw from the area and around the nation. All the profits will go to the organization. The organization …show more content…
The total end amount left will be given to Vidas De Esperanza, which is $1, 527.58. The final preparations for this spectrum-style concert will be held May 20th of this year. The weather will be taken into consideration when the time comes. There will be people from all around the area, country to come and see these Witney Carson, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Jennifer Lopez. All to witness the performers who have dedicated their time to a cause that contributes so much to the lives of low-income families through health awareness.
