Motivation is vital for an elite athlete to perform at its best. Motivation helps the athlete work that extra bit harder to achieve his or her goal. Protein and creatine supplements are very common for professional athletes and body builders to use. Using these supplements is your choice however it is good to know the advantages and disadvantages.
They can be unreliable to some people because everyone’s body doesn’t respond in the same way, and not all scientists have found out that supplements improve your athletic performance. Some people also have a higher level of creatine than most so they don’t really benefit from the supplements.
The supplements also increase the amount of water that flows around the body. Leading to the unwanted side effect of water preservation. While some people may want this to happen it may be a problem in some sports such as body builders stop using the supplements a few days before a competition because it makes their skin look soft so their bodies don’t look as
