There are areas in my life needing improvement and it starts with ensuring my spiritual life is overflowing with the Word of God. I plan to change my prayer life, worship, and fasting times to where I can spend more time with the Holy Spirit. I want to enjoy my children and wife, the beautiful angels God has Blessed me with. I will ensure I am better prepared for any crisis or disaster that I may come in contact with. Whether it is reading this book, taking more courses or getting training in the community organizations, I will better prepare myself to protect my family, community and nation if need …show more content…
Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. I will set aside more time to work out, and get away from stressful situations as to not let anyone steal my peace. I will devote more time to my family and do more with them in areas they are interested in. I will pause to enjoy the little things we share together. I will change my eating habits. I have set a goal of losing 20 pounds before the holiday season. I will continue to keep my appointments with my family doctor and dentist. I feel it is important to be healthy and in a good state of mind in order to be prepared to assist others in their times of
