Summary:
The National Hurricane Center says that the Gulf of Mexico now only has a 30% chance of a topical storm. There is no chance of an actual energy wave. By Tuesday or Wednesday, there will be some moisture that will try to come in. Since the storm is expected to reach land in the next couple of days it will not have the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico to develop into a defined storm. There will be some precipitations on tuesdays.
Opinion:
The good thing to it is that Brownsville will be getting some water. The land has been dried. Water can help the city. The bad thing is that brownsville might get a tropical storm. It might get evaluations from places.

On Aug. 8, they voted to keep the tax rate the same, because the college will receive more revenue than it did last year. The board chose to not change the tax rate, having taxpayers pay $0.163. In 2012, that property tax rate brought in more than $17 million. The first public hearing will take place on Monday and the second one will be held Thursday, they will deal with the collage fund. Both hearings will be in the Gorgas Board Room on Monday and Thursday, and the hearings will begin at 5:30 p.m.
Opinion:
I don't think they should raise the taxes. They will still get a lot if money. And if they raise the taxes it will be harder for the low income people. It can help texas but it will affect the people.

The schools should have more back up check ups. There could be many more teachers like Hernandez in many other schools. The parents should also be involved to see how their children's are involved in the internet and in their social lives.

Silva says the woman gave birth around 1:30 p.m. Sunday. Police say the husband and wife were in her room hours later when he pulled a gun and shot himself. The wife and child weren't hurt.
Opinion:
It's bad that they don't do a security in the hospitals. Any person can get it and hurt people. There should be security 24/7 around the hospital and make sure every patient is safe. Worst things could of happened to the child or the wife. The good thing is that he didn't hurt anyone else.
