Step one: Selecting or creating a multiplication fact family tested that is appropriate to the student's skill and grade level. When I was in elementary school, I remember my teacher using a timed test. My teacher handed out a piece of paper with several equations on it. She would set up a timer and display it on the whiteboard so everyone could see it. Once the timer had started, we flipped over our papers and completed as many problems as we could, during that time frame. She quickly picked up the paper. After she graded each one, she would announce had the highest score and how was able to go up to the next level in problems. I found this activity and form of testing to be very beneficial to academic learning and will be incorporating it into my future classroom.

After scoring the assignment, I will place a percentage score on the top of the test. I will create a line graph for each student to help me keep track of the growth. I will also allow the students to see their percentage. They will be given a bar graph where they are expected to record their own score to see their own development.
Step 4: Establish academic math goals for the students. I will have students create their own goals and write it in their notebook. This will help them to log their goals and also track their improvements and accomplishments. This will help them to stay motivated in fulfilling their new or continues goals.
Step 5: Make an instructional decision after analyzing the students’ progress. Each month I'll be analysis the student’s line graph. If I see a student is decreasing in the topics or stay steady, I can have them work one-on-one with another peer to see their thinking process. I could have students Practice using their chrome books. I could have student play games that will provide them with feedback to see where their thinking process has gone
