A presentation is often planned through to delivery towards the audience however questions from the audience are less predictable and not easily controlled.
Three main points when managing questions

Dealing with expectations
Having to deal with questions that are not easy to answer can be a difficult situation however I try to limit the coverage to ensure I understand the concept when questions are raised, this give me the advantage of being to respond to questions confidently. This helps me understand what is needed to improve the effectiveness and helps me recognise the factors that I need to introduce to improve my communication and presentation skills.
Measuring accomplishments has been carried out within my team, effectiveness is measured at the start, middle and end of the presentation, performance is measured towards what improvements can be carried out in confidence levels. Interaction and delivering a presentation with other team members offers feedback giving new ideas and new methods of presentation skills which are applied and reviewed.
Evaluation
Often when I deliver a presentation I ask for feedback by supplying feedback forms to the audience, this helps me measure my presentation skills and review how the presentation was delivered. Positive Feedback can improve my confidence when I deliver a presentation however when I receive negative feedback I can act upon, review and set measures towards an improvement plan to help improve my skills in that specific
