Decision Making Process Paper
There was a time almost three years ago where I had to make a quick company change due to higher wages and a much more convenient schedule that would fit my current needs. So, first thing that I did was weigh my options and realized that the current job was too difficult for me to maintain with having a newborn baby on the way and at the time I realized that I would need more income to accommodate my new lifestyle. I looked at what the new job was willing to give me in exchange for me leaving the old job and to see if the change would hurt me in the career path that I was in route. After considering those basic details the choice was simple, so I put in my letter of resignation for Wells Fargo and signed onto JP Morgan, which was the best decision that I could have made. Once I immediately made the choice to leave Wells Fargo, I started preparing myself for the new culture within JP Morgan. After about a good week I was able to evaluate the decision I made and weigh everything based off of the pros and cons, either way I had already made a solid decision to leave because I felt it would be in my best interest to move on to something new. I was able to fit in immediately and felt a huge amount of stress off of my back, which I was truly grateful for and knowing that I had new and better opportunities made my feel more at peace.
