This part of the definition of honesty includes:
You are not being honest with yourself if you are trying to convince yourself you didn't really do something wrong, or it wasn't that bad, even though you really did it.
Each individual role should be clearly defined and every employee should be aware of theirresponsibility, authority and accountability. Delegation requires you to accept responsibility. I think a big part of humour is being comfortable with oneself, especially with one's own shortcomings. For instance, I enjoy people ribbing me about my short height. More often than not, I tease people back at not having tried harder.
A good sense of humour is important to me because it shows self-confidence. I can't really stand people who are constantly putting themselves down. I love people who are at peace with who they are and aren't afraid to share that with others.
Self-confidence is an attitude which allows individuals to have positive yet realistic views of themselves and their situations. Self-confident people trust their own abilities, have a general sense of control in their lives, and believe that, within reason, they will be able to do what they wish, plan, and expect. Having self-confidence does not mean that individuals will be able to do everything. Self-confident people have expectations that are realistic. Even when some of their expectations are not met, they continue to be positive and to accept themselves.

We take it for granted that the word or the expression means the same thing to all of us. I can assure you that it doesn’t.
These offerings of relationship commitments are typically statements about behavior or proposed outcomes. For example, “I’m committed to you” suggests that I may not be seeking another relationship or that I’m going to be monogamous. The institution of marriage is most identified with the pledge of commitment. It is an undertaking of legal vows to substantiate our pledge to fidelity, if not continued love. However, statistics reveal that even when we formalize our commitments through marriage, there is as much likelihood of failure as success. After all, more than half of marriages experience infidelity and we’re all aware of the divorce rate. So if our most honored commitments aren’t kept perhaps we need to understand why that is so.
