Dinner in the 1950’s
After watching the video, I think this is an accurate picture of how the families acted back in 1950's. It demonstrated how youth should act at the table when having dinner with their parents. Also, most children today do not sit down and have dinner with their families because most family homes consists of one parent and they just do not have the time because of work and other things. The issues I think that were not shown in the video was how the son was talking to the dad but never once mentioned he had bad grades and I do not understand why that issue did not come-up because they seemed like a close knit family.
