1. Hard Rock has created a culture within its organization that values diversity with its employees and allows for people to enjoy their job and not just want a paycheck. This process starts with the initial screening of employees and with the interview process. During this process they make sure that they hire people who will fit within their company culture and have a high drive for excellent service. The company also provides benefits to its employees beyond the paycheck like benefits for part-time employees and also the fact that they promote from within. In addition, applicants are also interviewed about their tastes in music and the way that they tell a soliloquy.
2. The human resources department supports the company strategy by ensuring that they recruit and hire people who fit with the company culture. The human resources department also creates an environment that allows for their employee’s personality to be displayed. The training of the new employees also allows for them to gain a fully understanding of what is expected from them and allows for them to really determine if they are a fit for the company.
3. I don’t think everything that Hard Rock does would work with an automobile assembly line. Hard Rock’s job is somewhat flexible where an assembly line usually consists of workers who are doing the same job continuously. This type of work does not really allow for employee’s personalities to shine because they are not service workers and creates monotony.
