Douglas Adams, what an amazing author he was. He has changed many people’s lives, not mine though. Douglas Adams was born on March eleventh, in 1952. Douglas was a Pisces, which means he was friendly, selfless, and always caring for other people and loved helping them achieve. He was birthed in Cambridge, United Kingdom. On May eleventh, 2001, he had a sudden heart attack that lead him to his death at an early age of 49. When he had his heart attack, he was in Santa Barbara, California.
Growing up, he went by the nickname “DNA” because his full name was Douglas Noel Adams, so that is what I will refer to him as for the majority of this paper. When DNA was very young, his parents, Janet and Christopher Adams divorced. After the divorce, DNA chose to go live with his mother. Douglas had four siblings who go by the names Susan, Heather, Jane, and James. Douglas definitely had the most unique name out of all of his siblings.
When DNA was in his early years, he was not really into writing, but more leaning toward science because he found it to be more interesting. At the age of ten, DNA ended up switching his interest over to Art and Writing when one of his teachers, Frank Halford, helped persuade him to after he received an amazing score on an essay he …show more content…
