Effective communication is the key principle to the success and strong leadership. Communication is essential for people in any relationship that preferences for both communicating and interpreting the communications with each other. According to the assessment, there are six different leadership communication styles. These are Noble, Socratic, Reflective, Magistrate, Candidate, and Senator. Each style shows us a different way that individuals preferred styles of communicating and their strategy to used to share their interests, concerns, and supports of each other in most effectively with them. Based on the test, my result is the reflective and candidate styles. This test measure reflects one way to classify communication styles. I become very nervous, and sometimes forget what I wanted to say. But when it comes to using communication to deepen the relationship between two people, I feel more comfortable and empathize. I defined myself as a patient listener, polite and believe that patience and pleasant are maintaining and advancing personal relationships. In any communication, it will hard to encourage people to open and express their opinions. I always try to reduce hostility and will rather say nothing if it causes the other person to become displeased or upset by expressing an honest opinion. Besides, I tend to use empathy responses, self-disclosure to share my inner feelings and make people feel good about themselves and willing to do the same, also to reduce the defensive behavior. Sometimes, the reflective type can be seen as a negative attribute. People will think you as dishonestly because of soft-spoken and a tendency to say what other wants rather than the truth. Overall, I think reflective style is a good positive management skill and help you to get people to open
