I become very nervous, and sometimes forget what I wanted to say. But when it comes to using communication to deepen the relationship between two people, I feel more comfortable and empathize. I defined myself as a patient listener, polite and believe that patience and pleasant are maintaining and advancing personal relationships. In any communication, it will hard to encourage people to open and express their opinions. I always try to reduce hostility and will rather say nothing if it causes the other person to become displeased or upset by expressing an honest opinion. Besides, I tend to use empathy responses, self-disclosure to share my inner feelings and make people feel good about themselves and willing to do the same, also to reduce the defensive behavior. Sometimes, the reflective type can be seen as a negative attribute. People will think you as dishonestly because of soft-spoken and a tendency to say what other wants rather than the truth. Overall, I think reflective style is a good positive management skill and help you to get people to open
