The L & D Professional Map is a tool that measures professional competencies and behaviours against that of L & D professionals. The map is divided up into 10 professional areas and 8 behaviours. The map is designed to be used for all L & D workers irrespective of ability and level of the role. This tool also helps you with your development needs to help you progress.
