Who is a famous person that you see as a hero? Let's take Eleanor Roosevelt as an example. Eleanor Roosevelt was the first First Lady to have her own independent life. Eleanor Roosevelt was the first person who changed the First Ladies role to something so that future First Lady’s could have their own life. Eleanor Roosevelt stood up for civil rights. Eleanor Roosevelt was the first First Lady to make a difference in the First Lady role. Eleanor Roosevelt was the wife of Franklin Roosevelt. She was very proud of her achievements. However, ever since Franklin Roosevelt became president, she hadn’t really been truthful about her feelings about how she didn’t want to be First Lady because that meant that she wouldn’t have a life of her own.
Eleanor Roosevelt was a very hardworking woman and always did her best to fulfill her role as First Lady as well as fulfilling her other duties as a teacher and a writer.
