They still felt the process did not meet the needs of the employees or managers, and many of them felt that the new process instead made it even more complicated and confusing. When we met again as a group, each member agreed with the feedback that was collected. Most members admitted they did not even understand the process themselves or why certain pieces were included, but had just went along in pluralistic ignorance (Forsyth, 2009). Many of them were going along with what they thought management wanted the process to look like, but even the members of the team who were management did not agree on this process we had created.
