I had heard many things about high school when I was still in middle school. I heard it was hard, I heard it was easy. No one seemed to be able to agree on what High school was like. I was very nervous myself entering into this new world. I knew it would not be easy because school never is but I knew I could make the best of it. I decided to try and help out others I would try and help people out and give people entering high school a sneak peek and some survival tips on what to do and what not to do when entering high school. There is not much that you should worry about as long as you keep your cool and know how to be friendly you will have a great time during these next four years of your life.
1) The first thing to remember is that you are not alone. Nearly every single other freshman at your school is experiencing the same things that you are going through (except for the few slackers that stayed back). Don’t be afraid to talk to other

Many of the upperclassmen are already part of these groups or sports and you can get close to them. Having an upperclassman to talk to and hang out with is one of the most important things you can do. They have already been through everything you are experiencing and they know how to make it through your first year.
3) Remember your teachers are there to help you. This has probably already been drilled into your heads many other times, and I'm going to drill it even deeper. But your teachers are there to help. Your teacher’s job is to help you succeed. Though it may not always seem like that they are only trying to help you pass high school and have a good life. It may seem like your teacher is acting like a jerk giving you a lot of homework but trust me, the homework is going to help you. Sometimes it may be a little excessive but in the end most of the time taking time to do that large stack of homework will help you
