1. Introduction
In past years, the world has witnessed the process of rapid transformation. In that way, companies have to reform themselves according to the changes of internal and external environments. To avoid being knocked out in the market, companies need theoretical guidance to implement their successful change (Gray, 2002). Different enterprises are under distinctive situations thus they should adopt various change strategies. For instance, large companies have a lot of resources that act as “buffers” to the environment, they can easily resist the bad influence when environment changes. However, small and start-up enterprises take more pressure from the market and they are sensitive to the change of environment (Verdu-Jover, Llorens-Montes and Garcia-Morales, 2006). Therefore, SMEs have to control enough resources in order to adapt to new environment quickly, and then at the right moment, SMEs need to make correct decisions to survive and develop in the future. That is why we look into the problems of enterprise change and the key points of successful change as it makes sense to apply theory into practice (Kuratko, 2013) and change means a lot for modern enterprises.
This paper will firstly analyze the importance of the change and then put forward three suggestions according to the analyses. It would expatiate on the important effect that the three advises have on the enterprise change process based on illustrations and critical analysis.
