I always ask myself Why we should respect the human rights of proven terrorist if they don’t care for innocent’s lives? Why we should put in danger our Country and our people just to respect the human rights of people that are able to kill our citizens? If they don’t even respect their own lives and the right of every human to have different ways of thinking, we should be ready to legislate stronger laws in order to save our society. Even when I understand the necessity of being stronger against terrorists, I want to be sure that they are found guilty without doubt. In summary, in order to qualify to be tortured the prisoner should be guilty of terrorism. Also, they may possess significant and valuable information of present or future plans of their organization against our country. Our Country should be in imminent alert of terrorist attack.
