First of all, we can reduce water usage to store water for future usage. For instance, the government can put a restriction on watering grass and plant on certain days. This can prevent people from using excessive water on grass. Furthermore, the government can encourage people to use their urine for watering. Although many people think urine stinks, it is actually “a fantastic source for natural nitrogen-rich food for plants” (Stewart).
