Drought is something that we all feared. We all need water in order for our bodies to be functioning properly. But recently, one of the worst drought had arrived in California. The drought had been ongoing for about four years that “California had set a new low water mark” (United States). The scanner in the snowpack’s water showed that only 5 percent of the content is filled. The previous lowest record “since 1950 was 25 percent of average” (United States). In 2014, California was “the third driest in 119 years of record and also the warmest year on record” (Brown). The drought would not stop until the climate changes. However, cloud-seeding should only be used when the drought had gone too
