While attending Ashford University I was in a car accident while working. My injuries were a head concussion, neck injury, a bulging disc in my upper back, lower back, arm sprang, knee sprang. I had neck and back injections and physical therapy. The physical therapy treatments last for months three to four days a week. With short term memory issues due to the concussion. I had medication to relieve the pain that I was in. Because of the pain I had there were several emergency visits. There were several days with the attorney on the phone in the office. Paperwork deadlines, speaking to the other attorney and giving other. information to the insurance company. The purpose was to keep the case from going to court per my attorney. A few weeks in the program I was hit again while at work. I had students and a coach with me. Several of the students were injured. My injuries were lower back bulging disc, wrist and forearm pain. I was given doctor visits, physical therapy several days a week. I could not use my right hand. I had hand cream to help with pain and medication. It was not working for me. The next step for getting my hand use back and the swelling down. I had hand and wrist exercises, elevating, heat and ice alternating and hand injections. Nothing was working for the lower back and the hand. I took the offer of surgery to get the use back in my hand. After six hours of surgery and three specialists. My hand has pins in the wrist and a rod from the wrist to the elbow. I had three to four days of physical therapy to learn how to use it again. I could not drive they provided me with a driver for three months. The insurance ran out so I had to do the exercises on my own. Force back to work because of no coverage for me they transported me. Two weeks later I had to figure it out no services given. My back will always give me problems so no surgery I have to deal with the pain. Due to the stress my blood pressure was high and my diabetes was high. More medication given to control both medical issues. A few weeks later I was diagnosed with knee arthritis. With all of my injuries I am
