The book explains that acting or observing is helpful because you are doing something rather than reading about it. The video also talks about team learning. I think this can be very helpful. A lot of classes require team projects because you can and do learn from other peoples way of thinking and the things they have already learned. I believe that experiential learning is important to include for all students. My life has taught me many things and I have learned a lot of things through the different jobs that I have held. I actually dropped out of high school and got my G.E.D before I would have graduated. My G.E.D. did not go over all the more detailed things you learn when you actually graduate from school. I do believe you can learn a lot from the life that you live. I also believe that you can teach a lot to other people, even in a non-work environment.
