My own identify of strengths are talking to new people and be active and being confident of speaking to audience and people.
My own identify for weakness is that I knowing a word and I can’t pronounce it accurately leads me to shyness. This also provides me having not speaking into a group of teachers.

This is because we don’t not clash the short term goals in to long terms goal this is because if this is not laid out and planned we will not succeeded however with setting them we can see our self in a place which we never thought of reaching to that standard.
