Is Fatherless Homes Causing Violence In Young Adult Males? Have you ever thought about where our violence comes from in this world? What is the main cause of violence and crime? Fatherless homes is causing violence in young adult males, fathers not being present in the young male's life and while the male is growing up is causing the male to be violent. Three points I will touch on in this essay is how the violent crime parallels with the rise in families abandoned by fathers, concentration of families abandoned by fathers live in neighborhoods characterized by high-crime, and development issues that young adult males struggle with when the father is missing in his life. The article explains how young adult males that lack a father figure in their life often become aggressive in their childhood. When broken families and negative communities are put together it makes it easy for that child to become involved in the crime that is happening in the neighborhood. When the child is in the situation of a broken family and lives in a negative community the child is compelled to find a place that they belong outside of their home and often they find that place with people that have had the same happen to them, which most often happens to be a gang or some kind of organization that encourages them to commit
