The purpose of this memo is to explain the revisions that I made to my Field Research Report Assignment. I met with my instructor, Jonathan Hernandez, on December 6th, 2016 at 10:00am to discuss the corrections that I needed to make to my Informative Field Research Assignment. I am delighted with the opportunity to correct my assignment because I believe it will help me improve my writing.

Summary:
I made my revisions to this assignment based on the feedback I received from my instructor. I looked at the feedback he posted on Canvas and the rubric he attached to my submission. I followed the revision instructions that were posted on Canvas to properly correct my assignment. I read through my assignment before meeting with my instructor so that I had an idea of what I needed to change. When I met with my instructor, he explained to me the different aspects of my report that I needed to improve. Conclusively, I made the revisions that he advised and I feel that my corrections made my report much stronger.

I found this assignment the most difficult out of all our tasks this semester. I found this assignment the most difficult because of the different results I had to analyze. Along with this, I found the secondary research difficult to find because there are so many different opinions about hospital administration.
