Back in the 2000s the percent of fights in the NHL was just about 20 percent a fight was going to happen per game now the percent of a fight is now 100 percent chance a fight is going to happen and they may sound good for the NHL and the fans but not for the players going on the ice to play a sport they love not to beat the heck out of each other. Reasoning for the numbers going up is the NHL wants the players to fight so they can get more views and more fans and to the point where the percentage of fights is going up rapidly and the NHL don't even care. With the more numbers going up, the more fights and the more fights and the more players getting hurt, which would be not good for the NHL because of how the fans act.
