International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has primary objective to improve the game of football constantly and promote it globally in the light of its unifying, educational, cultural and humanitarian values, particularly through youth and development programs which has given birth to a new world in the sport. They share the success of the FIFA World Cup to support the development of football thru members across the globe. Based on the funding and the support of these games, it has expanded globally and will continues from day to day. Within the operations of (FIFA), it ensures that football can have a solid foundation throughout the world. In recent years corruption and other legal issues regarding money, is an important ethical problem; combating with the changes in values, norms and behavioral patterns, this is usually a long and difficult process. The BBC states that the US indictment alleges that US and South American sports marketing executives paid and agreed to pay “well over 150m” in bribes and other illegal payments to obtain lucrative media and marketing rights to international football tournaments, and FIFA makes nearly all its revenue from the World Cup (2015). The BBC also states that last year’s World Cup tournament in Brazil cost the country 4 billion and yet FIFA made more than 2 billion from the tournament via sponsors, the sale of broadcasting rights and merchandising (2015).
