If Friar Lawrence was smart enough, none of this would have happened! While Romeo and Juliet are trying to figure out how to be together, Friar Lawrence agrees to marry them without a really reasonable plan. After that, everything goes downhill. Friar Lawrence is the most to blame for Romeo and Juliet's death.
